State law requires Joshi For Texas to use its best efforts to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation and employer of individuals whose contributions equal or exceed $1,010 per reporting period. Joshi for Texas only accepts individual contributions online. Corporate contributions are prohibited by state law and cannot be accepted. There are no dollar limits on the amount of contribution. Contributions are not deductible for federal income tax purposes.
